Wilmington Blue Rocks extend PDC with Royals to 2014

The Wilmington Blue Rocks have extended their player development contract with the Royals to 2014.  I think the Blue Rocks and Royals learned their lesson from 2005 and 2006 where they decided to part ways and realized that they are better off staying together.  The Carolina League affiliations are now set for the next two years and I think the only possible change could be the Lynchburg Hillcats moving to Wilmington, NC for the 2014 season.

For High A, currently there are 10 of 30 PDCs that expire at the end of 2012.
