The New Britain Rock Cats have extended their player development contract with the Twins to 2014. My thought is that this would have been the last realistic possibility of any changes in the Eastern League for this season, but the Twins have been here since 1995 and want to keep that going. So I expect to see the Eastern League affiliations to remain the same for the next two years.
For AA, currently there are 9 of 30 PDCs that expire at the end of 2012.
