South Bend Cubs extend PDC to 2020

The South Bend Cubs have extended their player development contract with the Cubs to 2020.  This was a new affiliation beginning last year, but it seems to be going well.  Interestingly, now all Midwest League PDCs end in either 2016 or 2020.  Since there are 11 that end this year, I think that you could see some movement at the end of the season.
