The Richmond Flying Squirrels have extended their player development contract with the Giants to 2014. The affiliations at the AA level seem pretty stable right now, although it’s possible we’ll see a little movement this year after no affiliation changes in 2010. There is a push for a new stadium to be built in Richmond, but that hasn’t been moving very fast.
For AA, currently there are 10 of 30 PDCs that expire at the end of 2012.
